In Home & Aged Care Providers

At My Meals we offer support to those ordering ready meals as part of their in home/age care plans. We work closely with many in home care providers to offer all our clients access to fresh, healthy, ready meals. 

What is the cost to me?

Depending on the inclusions of your plan we may be able to bill your provider for up to 100% of the cost of your meals, in this case they provider will be invoiced directly for the meals with no out of pocket cost to you. If your plan entitlements do not cover the entire cost of in home meal deliveries you will be asked to pay the balance at the time of processing your order and the balance will be invoice directly to your in home care provider. 

How do I know if I can have meals delivered as part of my package? 

The best way to know if in home meal deliveries are included in your package is to discuss this with your in home care provider. 

How do I know if you work with my age care provider?

My Meals works closely with a number of in home/age care providers. Please call us to find out if we have a service agreement in place with your in home care provider. If we do not have a current service agreement in place with your provider our friendly team are happy to liaise with them to have one put in place. We work as quickly as we can but please be mindful that this may take a few days. 

What is the best way for me to order if I want to go through my in home/age care provider?

The best way to place an order if you are wanting to go through your in home/age care provider is to order by phone. If we take your order over the phone we can send the invoice you and the provider according to the inclusions of your plan. If you choose to order online you will need to pay the balance in full at the time of ordering and you will be provided with a detailed tax invoice to claim a reimbursement from your provider.
