Deliveries

• Orders placed by Midnight Tuesday are delivered on Thursday to Brisbane Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. Northern NSW, Byron Bay and Toowoomba deliveries are made every Friday. 
• Your delivery day will be specified at checkout. 
• Use our postcode checker on the checkout page to see if we deliver to your area.
• Free delivery on orders of $90 or more (within specified delivery areas)
• Deliveries may be made as late as 5.30pm. Please provide a delivery address where we can make your delivery between 9am and 5.30pm

Delivery FAQ's

• How will my order be packaged? Your order will be delivered in a styrofoam esky with icepacks to keep it cool. 
• Do we recycle the polystyrene boxes? Yes, the courier will exchange the boxes at your next delivery. They are returned to our depot where we clean and sanitize them for reuse.
• What if I am not home when my delivery arrives? Your delivery is packaged in a styrofoam esky with icepacks. If no one is home or we can't reach you, our delivery drivers will leave your delivery somewhere near the front door and out of the sun.
• How much do I have to spend to get free delivery? Orders of $90 or more are delivered free.
• How much is the delivery fee for orders less than $90? Delivery fee for orders less than $90 but greater than $50 is $10, the delivery fee for orders less than $50 is $15.
• Where can I leave a note about my delivery? If you have a delivery address that is hard to find or would benefit from some extra information, there is an order notes section in the shopping cart where you can leave us a note about your order. Alternatively, you can email us at orders@my-meals.com.au
