Korean Style Braised Pork
This Korean inspired slow braised pork shoulder is infused with the light and fresh flavours of our house made stock, chilli, ginger, garlic, and GF soy sauce, finished with fish sauce and rice wine for a bold and full-bodied flavour. Served on a bed of wholesome cauliflower rice and stir-fried vegetables.
