Our petite tenders are char grilled to seal in flavour, then slow roasted for tenderness. Although lean, these perfectly cooked medalions and juicy and tender. Slices of petite tender steak are served with a house-made charred onion & garlic butter, a side of oven-baked sweet potato and seasonal vegetables.
